
Mother & Baby Yoga classes are a combination of activities and relaxation practices that are beneficial for both carer and baby (between 6 weeks and 7 months). Classes include baby massage, yoga, individually and together, singing, movement, breath and posture awareness, deep relaxation, followed by tea, cake and time to chat.
The class is great for mothers....Opening tense, cramped muscles, boosting energy, strengthening pelvic and core abdominal muscles, relieving stress and anxiety, supporting good posture and breathing. For babies....It promotes restful sleep, relieves constipation and colic, supports infant development with appropriate sensory stimulation, builds confidence and trust, and can be a lot of fun!
