Ortho-Bionomy

ORTHO = correct
BIO = life
NOMY = study

Ortho-Bionomy ® stimulates your natural reflexes for self-correction.  It is a non-forceful method of bodywork that uses gentle positioning and movement to relieve pain and rediscover comfort.

It reminds the body of its natural ability to find balance.

An Ortho-Bionomy session evolves around your individual needs. Client and practitioner work together to locate areas of restricted motion, imbalances or discomfort.  The client is then eased into positions designed to release the existing muscular stress patterns.  Frequently mental and emotional tensions disappear as the structure is educated to realign itself, and the self-healing mechanisms of the body are reinforced and strengthened.

Ortho-Bionomy ® is a registered trademark of the Society of Orth-Bionomy International, and is used with permission
