The Arden House Osteopaths

Jonathan Hutson BSc Ost

Jonathan graduated from the European School of Osteopathy in 1996. He immediately moved to Wiltshire to work alongside well-known osteopaths in Bath and Bristol, gaining experience in both structural, cranial and paediatric techniques. In the year 2000, he moved back to his home county of Sussex to take over an established practice in Brighton. He has patients of all ages with a wide variety of conditions from colic in babies, to sports injuries and sciatica.

Jonathan has a special interest in the varied aspects of cranial technique and is a member of the Sutherland Cranial College, a postgraduate teaching foundation specialising in cranial work. He is married with three children, two boys ages 8 and 6 and a 1 year old daughter.

Aaras Patel BSc (Hons) Ost

Aaras completed her four year training at the British School of Osteopathy in London in 1999. She has since practised Osteopathy in Sussex (where she was born with Indian spiritual origins), worked in New Zealand, and also worked for one year as a volunteer paediatric osteopath at the Harley Street Osteopathic Centre for Children in London.

Aaras favours working intuitively, using very gentle, non-invasive osteopathic approaches, mainly cranial osteopathy which she finds effective in treating a wide spectrum of both physical and emotional ailments from back pain, headaches, sleep disturbance, asthma, ME, IBS, depression, lack of confidence etc. As a reflective practitioner, her treatment approach helps patients regain their sense of ‘self’ or what cranial osteopaths term ‘mid-line’ to restore their true innate potential. Aaras’s predominant aim as a practitioner when treating is as Kahlil Gibran once said; “to love my work so that my work is love made visible.”

Alexandra Luzzato  BSc (Hons) Ost

Alexandra is a skillful and enthusiastic osteopath who for the last five years has been treating patients of all ages ranging from newborn babies to the elderly. Her training both in France and England has enabled her to use all aspects of osteopathy, both cranial and structural, and to tailor the treatment to the patient's needs. She has been working in collaboration with other experienced and dedicated therapists, treating people suffering from a wide variety of conditions both acute and chronic.
