PHYSIOTHERAPY
Physiotherapy is a science-based profession that is concerned with body function, movement and maximising potential and quality of life. Physiotherapists offer advice and a range of physical treatments to help people make the most of their movement ability and attain health and wellbeing. Some of the most common treatments are:
• Tips for self-help, health promotion
• Postural re-education
• Exercise prescription
• Manual therapy
• Electrotherapy modalities: eg. TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation)

Darina is a chartered physiotherapist, massage therapist and a reflexologist. She has a four-year working experience in the NHS hospitals in Brighton and Haywards Heath as a care assistant and her clinical physiotherapy placements covered intermediate care services, orthopaedic, neurosurgery, respiratory, and out-patient departments across South East England.
