As an Integrative psychotherapist Rosalind works holistically (attending to the whole person), recognising the emotional, physical, social and spiritual experience of each client. By integrating concepts and models from humanistic, systemic and psychodynamic psychotherapy she works according to the needs of each individual. Sessions are 50 minutes in length and can be arranged on a short term focused basis (ten sessions) or longer term open ended (typically 1- 4 years).
Rosalind has also trained in infant parent work at the Anna Freud Centre in London. She works with infants and parents where there are difficulties with the attachment relationship possibly caused by a difficult birth or as a result of early trauma in the parents relationship with their own parents; how we parent our own children is often deeply influenced by the way that we have been parented. These difficulties may present themselves as sleep problems in the baby, feeding difficulties, constant crying or difficult feelings experienced by either parent.

Maxine Moody is in her fourth of a five year training in Integrative and Transpersonal Counselling and Psychotherapy at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapeutic Education in London.
Her approach embraces the fullness and depth of our Being - our relationship between our Mind, Body, Spirit and Shadow – that which is unconscious in us and may limit our capacity to live more fully and creatively.
The sessions can be short term and solution focused or can explore deeper and far ranging issues including:
- communication difficulties in family and relationship
- limiting and repetitive patterns of thought, behaviour and emotions, including addictions
- feelings of grief, anxiety, depression, anger, guilt and shame
- separation and divorce
- early childhood issues and trauma
- sexual abuse and domestic violence
- exploring purpose and meaning to your life
- the Transpersonal – beyond the ego; the nature of Soul and Spirituality and what that may mean for you
You may feel you simply need an added layer of support as you navigate a particularly challenging time in your life. The invitation is to bring All of you, to co-create a safe and confidential space and to draw on a wide variety of theory, tools and practices in which you can be supported to discover your own answers to your own questions.
Maxine has volunteered at the Brighton Women’s Centre where she supported women with a range of complex issues. Her way of working is further informed through her spiritual practices; years of deep bodywork and transformative movement practices such as 5 Rhythms and Authentic Movement; course work with ‘Women Within International’ including ‘Healing the Wounds of Shame’ and ‘Women Empowering Women’, and contemporary Shamanism with an eye to the transformative power of ritual and the healing potential of being in relationship with Nature. She is constantly inspired and challenged to contemplate, ‘what are you – and I - really capable of, what is the fullness of our potential? What stops us from creating the life that we dream of….what would we attempt to do if we knew we could not fail…..?’

Talking about your thoughts and feelings with a supportive person makes you feel better. It can be healing, to voice your worries or talk about something that’s weighing on your mind. And it feels good to be listened to—to know that someone else cares about you and wants to help.
Mandy is a 2nd year Trainee Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist studying towards an MSc in TA Psychotherapy at the Link Centre in Sussex.
Transactional Analysis (TA) is a therapy which gently examines a person’s childhood scripts – the stories we told ourselves when we were very young, of how to stay safe in our world as children. As adults that script can still greatly influence the choices we make, ceasing to serve our healthy development as Adults in the here and now, yet still informing us of how to be in the world. Our script, which was once useful to us when we were very young, can serve to block the path towards our living a more authentic, fruitful, engaged and joyful life.
Transactional Analysis works from 3 core beliefs:
• Everyone is OK.
• Everyone has the ability to think and influence their life by the decisions they make.
• Any decision can be changed.
