Shiatsu is an ancient Oriental system of healing and Medicine. It uses touch, pressure-points and gentle stretches to relax, re-balance, heal and revitalise a person’s health. It is a therapy with roots similar to Acupuncture, with the understanding that every part affects and reflects the overall balance of a person. By connecting on the energetic level, with the aim of harmonising the person’s Ki (energy/life force), Shiatsu is equally effective for treating physical, emotional, mental and spiritual conditions.
Zeb Glover MRSS
Since the age of 9, Zeb has practiced Oriental movement arts rooted in the Ki (energy/life force). His training began in the Martial Arts, which he still teaches professionally. Naturally this developed an understanding of the connection between the balance of a person’s Ki and their state of body and mind. Zeb graduated with the Shiatsu College, London after completing a 3 year professional course in 1998.
