SPORTS INJURY THERAPY

Diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of all acute/chronic sporting related injury. The treatment incorporates massage, exercise, mobilisation and therapeutic modalities. The aim is a return to full functional fitness in the shortest, safest time possible.

 

Ben Rohde BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy MSST

Ben graduated from the University of North London in 1999. After graduation, he worked in a professional football environment (Wycombe Wanderers). He went on to work at the National Centre of Excellence (Bisham Abbey). In Brighton he has worked at the Waytefield Clinic and now practises at the Dyke Road Natural Health Clinic. He also practises at the Footings Clinic, Montague St, Worthing (01903 202320). Ben specialises in rehabilitation for functional physical restoration via exercise prescription and muscle relaxation techniques. He works closely with resident osteopaths in assessing and correcting musculo-skeletal imbalances in long-term chronic back patients in particular, using muscular re-education techniques in returning stability to affected joints.
