The Dyke Road Natural Health Clinic is also home to the Wilbury School of Natural Therapy. Founded in 1982, the Wilbury School provides a high standard of tuition in a range of therapies including holistic massage, sports massage, reflexology and aromatherapy. The courses are all part-time professional courses, mostly ITEC diplomas, which allow students to progress at their own pace, with plenty of friendly help and support. All tutors are fully qualified and maintain the school's standard of excellence.

The Wilbury School has developed an outstanding reputation for thorough training in a friendly and caring environment. An important part of the Wilbury School training is an on-going program of lectures, workshops and talks for students which members of the public are also welcome to attend. These are generally given by outside lecturers with specialist areas of expertise and are repeated regularly.
