Mindful Yoga incorporates gentle Yoga with the practice of Mindfulness
Dates: Fridays from 9.30-10.45am.
Cost: £60 for a six week class card, valid for six weeks from date of purchase.
£11 for an individual class.

Mindful Yoga Combines gentle Yoga with the practice of Mindfulness. Each class will consist of a few poses and breathing techniques where we can explore rather than react to the way our bodies and minds feel. We will also practice specific Mindfulness techniques to help still the mind and promote overall wellness.
Mindfulness has been shown to reduce stress and enhance our relationships both personally and professionally. Mindful Yoga is ideal for beginners and is also a great development for those who have experience in other Yoga traditions but would like to focus more on equanimity of mind.
