Nick Diggins

Nick Diggins is a fully certified mindfulness teacher and he has been
practicing Buddhist meditation regularly for 20 years.  He has a passion for
sharing mindfulness practice with others and has a warm, friendly, and
relaxed teaching style.

He has taught more than 100 mindfulness courses, has completed a thorough
five-year MA training at Bangor University in Teaching Mindfulness-based
Courses (with Distinction) and has a Certificate of Competence to Teach
Mindfulness Based Courses. He is an Associate Teacher for Bangor University,
and also has an Intermediate Certificate in Counselling Skills.

Nick follows the UK network of Mindfulness-Based Teachers “Good practice Guidance for Teaching”.

Free talk Wednesday 18th April 2018 11.00am - 12.00pm

This course will then consist of 8 Wednesday mornings 11am – 1.10pm. Cost – £175 (£125 concession).

If booking on this course I would highly recommend also booking on one of the mindfulness‘All Day’ events, I run. The ‘All Day’  is  one day event which is a traditional part of the MBSR syllabus. These shall be held at a different venue (for more details see the ‘courses’ page on my website).

Includes a substantial Course Handbook and four guided meditation CDs. Advanced booking required.
