Rachael Brown has been a qualified Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist for nearly 15 years.
Rachael uses deep tissue massage to release tension and break down scar tissue in any chronic injuries or conditions and recent injuries. She then uses corrective exercise and stretching to realign muscles and work towards optimal postural alignment and good health.
Rachael is interested in holistic movement and is studying towards a certificate in Dalcroze Eurhythmics, combining her passion for fitness and music education. She has studied classical singing, contemporary dance and enjoys mountain biking, stand up paddle boarding, running, olympic weight lifting and yoga. She runs boot camps in Barcombe near Lewes.
