As Well As Yoga Postures And Breath Awareness, Sessions Include Postural Awareness, Relaxation Techniques And Moving With Core Stability For Ease And Efficiency.
Jane trained at Natural Bodies with Gary Carter in 2004. She has also trained in India with one of Vanda Scaravelli's first teachers, TKV Desikachar.
From her Somatic Movement Training she is able to offer a deeper understanding of the body; both in yoga postures, and in motion. Jane's teaching is also rich with inspiration and experience drawn from her background in martial arts, dance, bodywork and as a massage therapist, She is a member of the Association of Independent Yoga Practitioners.
